Cilj Udruge je:
- unapređivanje primjene tunelskih konstrukcija i podzemnih građevina
- promocija novih projekata na području RH kao i u inozemstvu gdje će biti zastupljene tvrtke članice Udruge
- promicanje ugleda tradicije primjene betonskih inženjerskih konstrukcija izvedenih u Hrvatskoj ili od strane hrvatskih građevinskih tvrtki kod nas i u svijetu
-skrbi za razvitak i daljnji napredak primjene tunela i podzemnih građevina
- utjecanja na stvaranje javnoga znanstvenog i stručnog mišljenja i stajališta u posebice kod razvoja i promicanja novih projekata;
